ArtQuench Magazine’s “Candid Conversation” Host Stacia Gates interviews the beautiful and very talented actress, model mom, author, producer and comedian Eugenia Kuzmina.
It was a pleasure to sit down with Eugenia and listen to her story, the challenges she faced and hearing all about this incredible journey of a once little girl in Russia training to be a professional ice skater and believing she could do just about anything her mind could think of. Raised by her renowned nuclear physicist father and scientist mother in Russia, it is clear where Eugenia gets both her intelligence and strong work ethic. From growing up in food lines in Post Soviet time to building a successful career Eugenia talks about the beginning and the darker areas of her life that she learned the most from. Eugenia speaks open and honestly and shows us that when you give it your all and work extremely hard on a daily you can have it all. She hopes to inspire women to understand this.
She’s worked with some of the biggest names in the business of film, fashion, comedy, just to name a few of the many, Guy Richie, Bill Murray, John Turturro, Woody Allen, Jeremy Piven, Jimmy Shin, Christine Peake, Cartier, Hermes, Armani, L’Oreal, Dior, Vogue and Elle magazines and so many more!
There is a special spark in Eugenia that is energizing, you can feel her passion for the projects she is working on and the determination to do it well! I spent some time with my friend at Taran Tactical where the A list actors train for their movies, like Angelina Jolie and Tom Cruise and well you get the picture and let me just say that watching Eugenia taking action on the gun range was not only invigorating but inspiring! I also have been attending some of her comedy shows which she has been doing here in LA and in Las Vegas and other cities around the country, another amazing talent and definitely one to watch!
Did I mention that Eugenia has also just launched her new book “Model Mom” which is an addition to her “Model Mom Blog” , a true inspiration to women and girls!
We discussed the way we look at the world today as a woman and it is truly important that we support one another and do our part in giving back. Eugenia has accomplished so much and is still going strong she’s taking off like never before and her journey is about to hit a new level!
Eugenia resides in Los Angeles with her husband Bill Block Miramax CEO and three children and takes great pride in being a wife and a mother and her family is her first priority.
