Justin Bieber announced that his 5^th studio album CHANGES will arrive February 14^th, along with the official public on-sale for tickets to the Changes Tour with special guests Kehlani and Jaden Smith. Justin will kick-off his tour in Seattle and will head to the Rose Bowl Stadium on Friday, May 29^th.

Tickets for the tour will go on-sale to the general public Friday, February 14^th beginning at Noon PST.
