Jax Malcolm , Successful Actor , Writer, Jr. Olympian and much much more.
The World Will Know His Name!
I have been fortunate enough to meet a young man who’s passion for life is beyond amazing .
Jax Malcolm at 3 months old 2nd Kidney Surgery at CHLA
At just 3 months old Jax spent time in the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles having kidney surgery. His young spirit was a fighter and Jax has taken the understanding of how important the good care for sick children is and is now a Junior Ambassador for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. Jax says he loves knowing that is there is a great place for children to receive great treatment. He is honored to be able to give back to them.
Jax also is involved with;
The St. Baldrick’s Foundation a volunteer and donor powered charity committed to supporting the most promising research to find cures for childhood cancers and give survivors long and healthy lives.
Jax has a very busy schedule and when I asked Jax what he does in his free time he seemed puzzled as the word did not resonate with him as it would most, as we might answer…oh I lay by the pool or watch old movies and just chill. For Jax the words free time mean oh great I can help someone or write a new children’s book or create a Christmas Album. Jax energy and enthusiasm for living every moment with an unselfish creative mind that only really sees the benefit to others in all he accomplishes is inspirational and amazing.
Jax has some very exciting things in the works that we can’t yet speak of but soon the world will hear about them. His love for animals is another area Jax puts his time in. Jax is an asset to the community at large he is a founding member of Heal the Bay’s Hollywood Ambassador Board and you will often find him at Heal the Bay’s Santa Monica Pier Aquarium supporting their youth initiatives.
Recently Jax spent time at the Apex Protection Project which is dedicated to protecting wolves and wolfdogs through educational experiences, rescue, and advocacy with the dream of living in a world where the wolf and all species are highly valued, protected, and respected for the balance they bring to the ecosystem and for the gifts they offer to humanity.
Voice of Oliver, Johannes Roberts
Jax is widely known for his body of work on comedy central costarring
along the likes of Nathan Fielder, The Birthday Boys, and Nick Kroll. Jax’s breakout role as Jason on the CW’s Crazy Ex-Girlfriend earned him a youth award nomination. His voice-over work on the FOX film the Other Side of the Door garnered two youth awards nominations.
Future Chalupa, Jeff Schaffer
School is also of great importance to Jax – he is a dedicated scholar who made Honor Roll with High Honors Achievement, and was one of eight students in his middle school to be awarded with the Leadership Medal for outstanding service to his school and community.
His Creativity Continues…
Jax is an award-winning artist and has won numerous blue ribbons as well as the Overall Sweepstakes Rosette honors at the LA County Fair’s America’s Kids Art Exhibitions. He is also an aspiring chef and has just completed his first cooking classes with Chef Eric Crowley.
He has written a children’s book
“The Positively True Tale of George the Beluga Whale”
The Positively True Tale of George the Beluga Whale (Dog) is based on author Jax Malcolm’s real-life experience with his toy puppy George. It is a heartwarming story about George learning the valuable lesson that there is nothing better than being who you are.
Jax also has a wonderful singing voice and has a holiday album with songs like
Run Run Rudolph and Santa’s in a Jam.

I asked Jax where he would like to be in 5 years and his answer was to continue his philanthropy work and to be in the next MARVEL Movie. I wouldn’t be surprised if we see Jax on screen in the future as a super hero he certainly has the characteristics. Whether or not, you are a super hero already in our book Jax Malcolm. -Stacia Gates
