Pasadena, CA (October 2016) — The 11th Annual Pasadena ARTWalk returns to the Playhouse District this Saturday, October 22nd. Pasadena’s largest urban art fair highlights 70+ of the best Southern California visual artists showcasing painting, sculpture, watercolor, photography, ceramics, jewelry, drawings, and printmaking.

This free event open to all ages will take place on Colorado Boulevard, between Madison Ave and Oak Knoll Ave in Pasadena from 11am to 5pm. In addition to the juried show and sale, ARTWalk offers art enthusiasts a feast for the senses with various art installations throughout the area. Free and reduced museum admission can be enjoyed by ARTWalk attendees at Pasadena Museum of California Art and Southern California Children’s Museum. There is something for everyone with hands-on activities including classes on canvas painting, friendship bracelets, monster backpacks, recycled craft owls, and seashell wind chimes, along with live musical entertainment.

The Pasadena ARTWalk is San Gabriel Valley’s largest urban art fair. The Pasadena ARTWalk features over 75 participating visual artists in a festival atmosphere, an ArtStroll, free museum admission, hands-on activities, entertainment, a self guided walking tour and a lot more.

The Playhouse District Association is a property based business district encompassing 32 blocks in the heart of Downtown Pasadena incorporated in 1995.
